  • What type of buyer am I?
    There are two types of buyers: - Corporate Buyer refers to a purchase made by a company such as For Profit, Non-Profit, Partnership, Sole Trader, Co-operative, Social Enterprise and State Entity. - Individual Buyer refers to a purchase made by an individual self-described as Salaried, Freelancers, Self-Employed, Non-Registered Entrepreneurs, Students, and Retirees.
  • What is the Know Your Customer (KYC) form?
    The KYC form is a requirement of a FIUTT-registered business. All buyers will receive a link to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) form.
  • Do you sell artwork internationally?
    Artworks in the online shop are only available to buyers within Trinidad and Tobago. However, international buyers can send a request via the Contact Form..
  • How do you place an order?
    You can place an order by completing the order form at the end of the Shop page.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Orders can take between 3 to 14 days. It depends on your availability to view the artwork at a designated location.
  • Where are the designated locations to view the artwork?
    The buyer can choose one of the following designated locations to view the artwork: - Framing Shop, Port of Spain - Framing Shop, East Trinidad - Framing Shop, Scarborough
  • Can I cancel an order after placing it?
    If you would like to cancel an order, use the contact form to request the cancellation before making arrangements to collect the artwork.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    You can pay for your orders via direct deposit or online banking. Banking information will be provided after viewing the artwork.
  • Do I get an invoice for my purchase?
    You will receive an invoice once you confirm purchase of the artwork and made your frame selection.
  • Which currencies are accepted?
    TTD and USD are the accepted currencies.
  • Do I get an artwork valuation certificate for the artwork?
    Corporate buyers will receive a valuation certificate for tax purposes with the artwork. The seller covers the cost of the artwork valuation certificate.
  • Can the artwork be framed?
    There is the option to frame the artwork before collection. The seller covers the framing cost at this time only.
  • How do I collect the artwork?
    There are two collection options: Without framing and once payment is made, the artist will make arrangements to deliver the artwork; If framing is requested, you can collect the artwork 2-3 days at one of the following the designated location: - Framing Shop, Port of Spain - Framing Shop, East Trinidad - Framing Shop, Scarborough
